ELEPHANT RIDING & ACTIVITY OPTIONS ON LANGKAWI

Langkawi Elephant Adventures offers several riding and activity options, these are summarized below for your perusal.

For pricing information, kindly send us an e-mail indicating the size of your group and projected dates of arrival. At your option, you may also purchase a Gift Certificate that may be applied towards Elephant Rides (and other activities) through the WAU! Online Store.

Fun Rides

For an experience riding an elephant Malaysian-style, which differs to that of our neighbours to the north, opt for our short Fun Rides of about five minutes that follows with feeding sessions.

Each Fun Ride booking is for two persons, seated in a Malaysian-styled elephant basket.

Geopark Adventures

Langkawi Elephant Adventures' Geopark Adventures are essentially jungle rides. Geopark Adventures starts at the Oriental Village and is a 20-25 minute adventure into the foothills of the 550 million year old Mt. Machincang.

Each adventure is for two persons, seated in a Malaysian-styled elephant basket.

Feeding Sessions

If elephant riding is not your thing, visitors may also opt to feed the elephant with a small basket of fruit and other items.

Elephant Bathing Sessions

This program shall be returning to the fold soon. Please check back later.

Volunteer & Placement Programs

Should you require volunteer and/or placement programs, kindly contact us indicating the objectives of your intended placement/volunteer and your experience or exposure to wildlife husbandry, where applicable.

Volunteers will get to work with all our animals. However, a minimum commitment of one month will be necessary.
